 I want to thank the Ringwood and Fordingbridge Lions Club for helping to organise what was by far the best summer I have ever had and I would love to experience this again. My main host family Jamie and Shannon were the most welcoming and hospitable people I could have asked for, I got on very well with their children and their friends as they were around the same age as me. There was also a Hungarian student staying with us and we got along very well, he is 18 so also of a similar age.

 

The whole 5 weeks was packed with activities and organised usually to perfection in terms of enjoyment and timekeeping. Although it was by far the longest amount of time I've been away from home I still would have stayed much longer if it was possible.
